Sample prepared by Aivy · how it would look on an NDIS provider's website How it works

A free enquiry button for your NDIS website

The NDIS sets the maximum price a provider can charge for each support, and participants and families look it up before they choose a provider. This button answers that question on your website: the visitor sees the price for free, leaves their email if they want the full price sheet, and you get the enquiry with the support they looked up.

You get it. Someone who ticks the contact box is usually comparing providers for a support they need now.

Why it helps a provider

Enquiries with context

Not a blank contact form: you know which support they need and what it costs before you reply.

A question everyone has

Participants, families and support coordinators check the price limits before they choose a provider, and most of them do it on Google.

Fits anywhere

A card on your home page or services page, or just the button in your header. In your colours, with the steps opening in a window on top.

How to add it: one line

  1. Tell us which email the enquiries should go to and where your privacy policy is.
  2. We send you your code, already with your name and colour.
  3. Paste it where you want the card: two lines, the button and the credit to Aivy. In WordPress, a "Custom HTML" block; in Wix or Squarespace, an embed code block.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Not now and not later.

What about the visitors' details?

They are your enquiries. We only use them to send the price sheet and to pass the enquiry to you, the form links to your privacy policy, and we don't keep them after sending.

Why show the price before asking for an email?

On purpose: the visitor sees the price for free and leaves their email if they want the full sheet. Someone who asks for more is a better enquiry than someone made to fill in a form.

Who keeps the prices up to date?

We do. When the NDIA updates the price limits, the button on your site updates by itself.

What do you ask in return?

Only that you keep the small "Powered by Aivy" line under the card, with the link to our website.

Who makes it

Aivy is an AI automation agency in Melbourne. We build workflows and agents that take the admin off small teams: intake and enquiry handling, rostering and reporting, and documents that need reading and filing. This price check is one of our free tools.
